Have you considered the "Subscribe (Atom)" link at the bottom of this page, Fellas?
Here's how it works (in Firefox): click that link (or click the orange icon in the address bar). When you do this you should be prompted to decide how you want to subscribe. If you have an RSS reader program (Google Reader is a good free one)(but you don't have one otherwise you'd know how to do this) then subscribe with that. If you DON'T have a Reader, subscribe using a Live Bookmark and save that Live Bookmark in your Bookmarks Toolbar. You can then just click that bookmark and see if there are any new posts.
